Shipping Information / Prices
Dayna's Market delivers nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
We use FedEx to ship our products. Ground Shipping & Handling Rate begins at $12.99. Prices vary based on shipment weight and destination. If shipping costs exceed $12.99, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order. Occasionally we will ship using USPS and UPS.
We recommend that all frozen and refrigerated items ship FedEx Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select delivery. If you would like expedited delivery on your package, please indicate your preference in our shopping cart (Special Requests - Customer Comment section) and you will be contacted with various rates.
You may choose to get your groceries from four shipping options: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. FedEx will not accept a P.O. box, APO or FPO as a shipping address, therefore please use a residential or commercial address for this purpose. We do not ship international including Canada.
Please note that all orders received before 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday will be shipped the same business day, all orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. We only ship bread, refrigerated or frozen products on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure their freshness upon arrival.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Return / Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every purchase you make at Dayna's Market. Return of any item for exchange or full refund will be honored only if the item is in its original condition. Shipping charges for returning any item are solely the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned within two weeks from receipt of order.
